stepped topography in public spaces: city square, promenades, residential streets, small squares, alleys and lanes.
The form of the building sites result relative wide but less long plots. This makes variable situations of the buildings possible - from the south orientation to the east-west orientation and the creation of courtyards and gardens in relation to the architecture.
Every street and the plots that are accessed by it belong to an own construction stage.
