In Addis Ababa there are many districts that could be rehabilitated with small financial resources and very little know-how. This rehabilitation that was started as a pilot project is supposed to sensitize Ethiopians for their building culture and the sustainable maintenance.
This project was used as a training object for extended vocational training of architects, draftsmen, construction supervisors and all kinds of craftsmen.
